The lil guy lived a life of an orphan for almost 9 years even though he had both parents alive and in good condition. He has got a ma who brought up him like an orphan. She even went ahead and said that she loved saesha more than Mowgli. And she hide Mowgli from Neil because once her truth come out it will be bad for Saesha( she herself said that Neil in yesterday's episode). Finally when the kid came to know that he has a father, and grand parents and great grandma, his mother dragged him out of his own house.
Then he has a father who wants to divorce his mom and marry a 'low life'. Their ego and Tug of war is causing too much of pressure on Mowgli.
Both his parents are stuborn and cant even let go of their ego even for their own child. Neil and Avni represent typical selfish parents.
Then his future step mom who is another low life who is ready to go beyond all standards to marry his father.
The only sane person in his life is his Dada. I wish Mowgli and Prakash elope to some peaceful place for their own sanctity.
