I don't think so, as far as I know all SP shows get premiered on HotStar at 6 pm. This is also considered as the major reason for low TRP's of SP shows.The problem with Naamkarann is that it does not have loyal viewers like say YRKKH or YHM which are running for years & no matter what watch the show on TV at their respective time slot. They have a target set of audience who are watching these shows for years & their makers make sure that they are kept happy along with the internet audience that they have. It's all about balance, which sadly Creatives & Makers of Naamkarann lack. That's the reason shows like Naamkarann gets most affected by the apps like HotStar where you can fast forward or skip a particular scene. I blame the creatives & not the viewers...
Dts what I was trying to say.I know hotstar affects trps.But y blame it only on hotstar when d creatives can't attract and keep d audience glued.Agreed YRKKH and YHM are old shows, but KB is very new...look at its sky rocketing trps when it is competiting against YRKKH.Gud and interesting story writing and storytelling plus loyal audience contribute to trps...which NK doesn't hv...dts d reality.
