I have no idea about the first one but @bold I feel it is the reason for example:most of us don't watch NK at 9pm on TV everyday sometimes we skip due to various personal/professional reasons and we have more international viewers than indian viewers I guess that's why NK does pretty well mostly in UK and other countries but not in India always

I guess by 9.30pm one innings is over and their is break for few mins so YRKKHA viewers tune in SP..

Have you still doubt that nk has lack of loyal trp viewers? When there was no ipl how many times nk crossed 2+ rate? N for yhm, kkb,kb,yrkklh these types long running shows if ever channels decide to pull down then they'll have to do forcefully not reason of low trp like saath nivan run almost 8/9 years n even last week of this show has 2.7 trp rate. These are favorite tv shows of trp viewers .ipl kyu koi tufan bhi a jai trp aunties ko hila nahi payegi ye sab dekne se.😆

Star plus has after several months has overtaken colors in the charts..now it is star bharat-star plus-colors.So chances of nk being in top 20 is there😊

If SP has actually kept some condition like they will give an extension to NK if it fetches trp of 2, then it is just an excuse

They knew very well that NK can't get such high numbers during IPL and hence they set this target which is difficult to fulfill

Exactly.

KB is relatively new...actually newer than NK...but look at its trps...dt too wid a competition from YRKKH at dt time slot.

These shows r not even affected by hotstar premiere.

Channel shouldnt compare NK wid YHM or YRKKH but...den it does.

YHM comes at 7.30 pm which is half an hour before IPL match start. Their TRP may affect little bit cause toss & pitch report is given after 7.30 p.m. but not major drop as match starts at 8 pm.

First inning of the match is normally wrapped up by 9.30 -9.35 pm. So 9.30 pm slot is also least affected slot.

The slots which majorly get affected are between 8 pm to 9.30 pm & 10 pm to 11.30 pm.

The last overs, which are also majorly watched part of first innings starts at 9 pm to 9.30 pm.

These are my observations & not to offend any of the shows & their viewers.
