The writers are doing a pathetic job. And if it's Zain who is putting up all the efforts to keep the sanity in Neil's character intact, I am glad. If not, and it's the writers, then I believe they have split personality disorder. Writing shitty scenes yet maintaining Neil's character intact.

Avni has made a huge mistake by leaving him 10 years back and now it's really difficult for him to digest all of that. It would be for any other person. Neil is completely justified. I wouldn't expect him to forgive her easily.
