He indicated his price brushing her lips with his thumb to which she just pushed him away like a rebel startling him.

Avni isn't any immune to his charms and tried hard resisting in which she miserably failed.

Hearing to it almost after 10 years made all the memories come back to him. He just hoped that the world stops moving and he can stare at her face till eternity.

He asked with a genuine question on his face.

She said with a subconscious mind and realized what she has blurted out only after the damage. Given that, Neil is not in service anymore, it did hurt him.

She tried to do the damage control.

He tried to hide his feelings behind his fake smile which didn't go unnoticed by Avni.

Move on tho tumne mujhse bhi nahi kiya, Police force tho phir bhi tumhara pehla pyaar hai. How is it possible that you can move on from your first love?

She can read him like an open book. She is right. Neil has neither moved on from Avni or from Police uniform. He still has his uniform in his cupboard well hidden from the rest of the world.

When his lady love left him he decided to leave his first love behind as well and tried finding love somewhere else. Little did he knew that all he was good at was to find criminals but not love! By the time he realized, it was too late.

He could not go back and could not move forward and ended up being stuck between his uniform and Avni for the past 10 years.

Now that he has found the love of his life, he is in no mood in letting her go. He hugged her tight in fear of losing her again and dug his face at the crook of her neck.

Sahi kaha tumne, na main tumse move on kar paya na force se! I still love you both.

He tightened his grip on her waist making sure that she isn't going anywhere.

She understood the intensity in his words as well as his hug. He is scared. You only get scared when you are afraid of losing something or someone. She pumped energy into her hands urging them to replicate his' actions. The moment she gathered courage to comfort him, she heard footsteps approaching them and now anxiety has been supplied into her hands which made her separate him from her. Unwillingly!

Koi aa raha hai is all she could utter under his intensity of emotions.

Ahem! Ahem! Sunehri faked coughing announcing her entry.

Mujhe thoda kaam hai, main aati hu

Avni tried to escape the place but Neil was too quick for her. With one quick pull, she landed on his chest with an amused look on her face. Out of nervousness, she tried to ease the grip on her wrist which he comfortably placed on her back looking at Sunehri and Neil time to time.

Hey bhagwan, kya zamana agaya hai? Khullam khulla romance? Sunehri taunted.

Haan tho? Kya galat hai isme? Biwi hai meri Saying, he placed a kiss on her cheek and rested his lips there longer than required making Avni widen her eyes and sunheri's jaw dropped.

Sunehri immediately closed her eyes and asked

Neiill.. Tumhara romance khatam hogaya tho puch sakthi hu ki kaam hua ki nahi?

Kaam tho bohut hue hai yah ape.. He smirked looking at struggling Avni.

Neeilll.. Sunehri screamed getting his attention.

Haan, kaunsa kaam?

Summer camp!!

Summer camp? Maine mana kiya tha na? Tho phir ye sab kya hai? Avni asked still trying to get out of his hold while he chuckled looking at her determination to win over him.

You aren't going anywhere without agreeing to summer camp wifey! He gave his ultimatum by placing another kiss on the other cheek making Sunehri leave the place in a second leaving the kitchen all to the lovebirds.

Neil, you can't do this. This is blackmail.

Sure I can! He pulled her closer if that was possible.

Dekho, main chillaungi aur saare bache aajayenge aur tum sabko explain karna ki tum mere saath kya kar rahe ho She warned

Smart play wifey! Neil thought. He would definitely get in a jam with the kids if she does that and Avni never gives empty threats. Avni understood that she got one over him when he became silent for a while.

I got you Neil, you have no moves left, let me go. She ordered him with a victorious smile.

I still have one more up my sleeve sweetheart. You scream, I get caught! But if you scream, I kiss your lips then WE get caught. Now you decide how you want to picture yourselves in front of the kids. They are not allowed to watch an A rated movie yet baby.

Damn you Neil! How do you always come up with ideas which makes me lose? Avni silently cursed him.

Okay fine! I lose and you win. Happy? She finally accepted her defeat.

He immediately placed his lips over hers.

Victory kiss. He left there with a wink.
