Even though Neela has been through so much she still wants happiness for her daughter & wants someone to heal the scars of her childhood. Shez been intuitive enough to know that 'the friend' on the ph is the one to do the job! Even then, shez strong enough to know what's right & what's wrong & when one should stop! She knows she has feelings for Neil but she can never betray a friend to act on those feelings.

Exactly.She knows she has feelings for him.But then she has some obligations towards her friend too.And its really important to know where to draw d line. ( How I wish somebody irritating knew this...dt would hv spared us all d drama going on in NK)

Her words have made Neil realize that only love is not important, honoring that is equally important. He has understood that to be able to declare his feelings to Avni & have these feelings reciprocated he needs to first talk to Richa & his parents.Let me just say u r amazing.Thats exactly what I meant.Honor is important too.

Now Neil has to ensure that Avni gets the love, acceptance, & respect that she deserves from Neilz family, something that her own mom never got. She deserves all this and he is the one who can do that to her.

That's why he agreed to not being her friend because what he wants to be is her life partner & that too for forever! I just love you.You got it without me having to explain it.
