In the recent olvs we saw that Vidyut is fit and fine and even doing action sequences with Neil
Mishti is also rescued and kept in Khanna house.
As far as remember, the doctor in Mexico was saying that, Vidyut needed immediate kidney transplant, so if they wanted Mishti to donate her kidneys to Vidyut, Ballu would have sent her to Mexico and not kept her with himself. That indicates Vidyut received kidney from somebody else illegally
Also in the show it was never mentioned that Vidyut has kept Mishti hidden because he wanted her kidneys to save his life.
Vidyut had always kept Mishti held captive like that in Goa, so it is not surprising that he has kept her like that in Madh Islands also
A father raising his daughter, so that someday he can kill her for saving his life sounds so disgusting and I don't think even trp viewers will like this idea.
I hope the illegal operation they were talking about is something else and not related to Mishti
