I didn't understand what he meant by that. Can anyone explain pls.

I think from Neela's reaction that they misinterpreted it as him changing the past such that Juhi wouldn't die. That if he could change the past he'd make sure that Juhi wouldn't die and they'd be a happy family. But what he actually meant was that he could fix his mistakes such that Avni wouldn't have to go through this.

Avni understood what Neil was saying or relating to the responsibility of the child ... atheeth ko koi Nani badal Nahi saktha..
but he again said looking at the whole family looking at his side that he didn't mean Juhi and his old love. all the while he was talking about the daughter or child only nothing other from his past... Avni giving clarification as all know what Neil was saying about his past was only girl the responsibility of NIEL.cvs trick or s a lot by these kind of dialogues .
