I have just started watching Naamkaran post leap episodes and what hooked me to the show is Neil. It was a fresh breath of air to see a hero apologize even for the slightest move of physical aggression. I loved it and respect the CVs for giving us a true Knight in Shining Armor without even a speck of dirt. But it's sad to see some posts on Instagram and all blaming the CVs for the Juhi track and upcoming kid track. CVs have amazed us with their ingenuity so far and trust them to do the same in future as well.
I just want to make a point here, Neil had his own journey towards his love for Avni. It took time, but now Neil has reached a point where he loves Avni not just because Avni is his wife, simply because he loves her. There is nothing complicated about his love. He loves her, he knows it and acknowledges it too. He will never go back from that point and that's the strength of his character.
But Avni is far far behind in love. She is a mortally wounded soul and she does not think she can be loved by somebody unconditionally. Dayavanthi's question to Neil, echoes what's in Avni's head, 'How can you love me?'. Neil replied perfectly. After hearing the answer, the way she looks at him, aww its heart-melting. Its like, she is adoring Neil, for being what he is. But I dare say, her journey to Neil is not complete.The love she feels for him is clouded with all the past traumas and her natural instinct to hold back her feelings(she has been hurt way more than normal to be able to express her feelings freely). She simply does not believe she deserves or can have his love. So every time an adversity comes on their way, her first instinct is to run from him- She is his reluctant Queen.
She needs a way to Neil. She loves Neil, but she has to know that and claim her love. Juhi is the perfect way for that. Ever since Juhi has come to their life, Avni has become more aware of her feelings towards Neil. Juhi's name hurts her. When Neil talks about Juhi, it makes her insecure. She is more and more aware that she loves Neil. It is a cliched track of any serial to bring the leads together. It is executed well so far. Hoping to see more of insecure Avni.
In a way, the kid track spoiler hints at an 'Avni love realization' track. Neil has already chosen Avni and no matter what he will not let her go. If a kid comes(I do believe it is gonna be a googly and will turn out to be a twist), I am sure, Neil, being a practical man, will resort to more practical ways of handling the whole issue unlike the Indian TV's cliched plot of sacrificing love (Maybe something like Oliver and Felicity in Arrow). The choice is not Neil's, it is Avni's. The child is exactly the physical manifestation of Avni's past. It will take her one step closer to Neil and I hope she will not sacrifice her love and abandon Neil. I hope she rightfully claims her love which is hers and hers only. I want her to be a little more aggressive in love.
Hope people see these positives about the new track and stop cashing CVs. Cheers
