Neil is carrying Avni in his hands who is unconscious.. tears are flowing from his eyes... It pained him to see his Avni his lifeline like this... Neil tries to wake up Avni but she doesn't... Neil starts to shout for doctor... "Doctor... Doctor"... Neil is followed by Neelama who is crying looking at her bachi again like this... Bebe is praying to God with tears in her eyes for her Avni... Prakash looks at his daughter Avni who is lying unconscious in Neil's arm... Swetha looks at the girl whom she hates has given her life to save her Tillu's life... Ali's pain is visible in his tears has his Avni his best friend to be in this state... Juhi wonders how can one be so selfless for her loved ones... DD prays to God for his Bhabhi who is the life of his Sirji...
Neil placed Avni in the stretcher and calls out her name repeatedly.."Avni.. Avni please open your eyes"... Doctor comes to check Avni..
He notices that it is police case and says that they need file an FIR before he does the operation...Neil loses his cool and holds the collar of the doctor and shouts " Do you know who is she?? ACP Neil Khanna's wife My wife... If you didn't do anything now I will trash you" DD rushes to his boss and pulls him back explaining to the doctor that they are police officer and to continue the treatment... Doctor nods and ask the nurse to take Avni to OT... Neil was holding Avni's hand firmly he doesn't want to leave her but doctor insisted to he left his Avni's hand with tears flowing in his eyes... Neil sat on the chair remembering the moments he spend with Avni... Bebe looks at the two persons who are hurted to the core Neela and Neil.. Bebe walks towards Neela..
Bebe touches Neela's shoulder and Neela burst out her cries holding Bebe... Bebe was gently patting her head.. Neelama says " Why Bebe? Why ?? Why does Avni need to suffer always? Why does that Dayavanthi always aims at her daughter's life... I'm afraid Bebe.. I'm here for the second tym Bebe.. Juhi walks towards Neil... everyone are looking at her... She sits before Neil... She calls out "Neil"... Neil looks at her Juhi's heart pricked to see him like this... She holds his hand and everyone looks shocked... She patts his hand and says " Neil is this you?? I know that Ur a brave person... Nothing will happen to Avni... Ganapathi Bappa will surely save her.. I know that true love will never separate.. I know that Avni is your life.. Avni won't leave you... Your love will bring her back... Avni is a strong girl she won't leave the person whom she loves unconditionally Neil.. she won't leave you...she is going to be fyn... Trust me.. who is She Neil? Who is she to you??" ... Neil hugs Juhi and says " She is my life Avni mera Zindagi"... Neelama smiles looking at Juhi and Neil and thinks " Avni will be happy forever"... Bebe looks at Juhi and looks at Swetha... Doctor comes out and Neil rushes to him... Neil says"Doctor she is fyn ryt? Can I see her?? Y are you not saying anything??" Prakash says " Neil beta let the doctor to speak".. Doctor says that Avni is out of danger and she will gain conscious soon... Everyone are relieved to hear this... Doctor asks anyone one to meet the patient.. Neela wants to go but she lets Neil to go...
Neil enters the ICU to find his life in the bed with her eyes closed... It pained him to see her like that but he thanked God for bringing her back to him... Neil gently holds her hand and says " Avni... Y?? Y always.? Y your not listening to me?? Y do you always put yourself in danger?? You know that I can't able to see you like this but still y?? Avni before you came to my life it was very dark and I this that my life will be always like that but you made it colourful... The days spent with you are amazing... You entered my life has a case but soon yyou became my life Avni... Y can't you able to see my love Avni? Seriously your my tube light wifey.. but I know that you love me ..
