Indian television!!

Must say Indian television is definitely seeing a change with stories being written subjects being picked up...trying out limited series...good for audiences healthy competitions for writers producers...to move away from cliche stories yet maintaining a balance on what has worked for larger audiences family saas bahu dramas

Hope this trend continues and does not get lost in TRPS race. I really like the pace of such shows Naamkarann included as they are so refreshing

Unfortunately well balanced story,strong headed mature leads, novelty in concept of storyline aren't most of the times accepted by trp audiences. I say kudos to SP that at least this channel has tried prior years to bring some exceptional nice concept based shows like Everest,airlines,ek hasina thi n few more but trp audiences never shown their minimum affection on these saas bahu saga less completely new concept based shows. I don't blame totally ever to channels for giving illogical saas bahu related kitchen politics based shows as most of trp audiences still love to watch these kind of shows n channels will definitely do that which gives them profit because it's their business of earning money. Until trp audiences aren't changing their basic test I don't think we will get often any gud watch worth shows. I'm glad that despite there are saas bahu saga,negativity in story line of nk,the characterizations of leads of this show aren't so typical specially male lead neil is still very different than many other male lead roles in recent hindi daily soaps n this way cvs of nk have tried to bring a novelty in their show nk... But trp audiences are so blind to choose when its matter of something new n well written shows n characters.😵
