ek pal saans hi ruk gayi thi meri, laga tha tumhe kho diya maine
zindagi kaa koi bharosa nahin avni, ek pal mein kahaani khatam ho jaati hai
aur hum sochte rehte hain ki apne dil ki baat bataye yaa nahin
lekin zindagi kaa kya bharosa
nahin avni joh kuch bhi kehna hai joh kuch bhi karna hai abhi isi pal mein
kal ki raah dekhne kaa koi matlab nahin

Superb meaningful lines by Neil!
Everything in Naamkarann happens for a reason. Ali's supposed death Neil made realize that life is unpredictable.
Anything can happen to anyone at any time. So its better to live the present to the fullest and let your loved ones know how much you love them before its too late

Absolutely! I love how they connected Neil's realisation to Ali's "death". That way, viewers get to enjoy both the drama as well as the romance quotient in the show, without the romance being out of place. It would have made no sense for AvNeil to focus on their relationship shortly after Ali's "death" but highlighting the transient nature of life made for a perfect connection. Kudos to the writers for thinking well in advance. It's no wonder that the story flows and makes so much sense.

Kudos to dialogue writer and director . It was a surprise scene when I was expecting Neil consoling Avni after reaching home . This kind scenes shows how much Neil loves Avni and the story is flowing along with every single character. The way Neil connected that incident was really well written and beautifully emoted by Zain .As you said there is no need for focusing AvNeil here .

Beautiful lines frm Neil... He knows the pain of losing the person he loved the most..he can't go through the same pain again..ali's death and Avni going missing and the condition he found her Shaked him up..as u said everything happens for a reason and thts so true Neil understand very well how precious was his loved ones life and the moments he spend with them in present rather than waiting for future moments..The fear of losing Avni is killing him .. earlier he taught to make Avni to confess abt her feelings but coz of these incidents he can't wait anymore.. he wants to confess abt his feelings to her without wasting any time since "zindagi ki koi barosa nahi"
How real this scene is?? it's not filmy but so practical any human can connect with it ...love CVS for this ..Thier make sure tht their characters always have tht realistic approach towards life especially Avneil..thts y we love them and the connection with thm is so easy and natural for us..

That is one of the things I love about this show, everything is well thought out and not just thrown in for the hell of it. The CVs did a beautiful job connecting Neil's realization with what happened to Ali, who better to know all too well how unpredictable life can be? Neil could not let time pass by without letting Avni know how much he loves her. Hats off to the dialogue writers, Neil's monologue just touches your heart with how in depth they went.

Exactly. He knows the pain of having lost a loved one. He nearly lost the love of his life and if that was not enough, he lost a dear friend too. It is understandable for Neil to be scared - and that is where Neela Ma's words come into play again. She had warned him that he should let Avni know what he feels before it is too late and Neil had planned on doing just that. But with life's unpredictability, he now wants to waste no time in expressing his love. How beautifully heartbreaking is that?

We know how damaged Avni was but it was heartbreaking to see that Neil is just as damaged. It is well-hidden behind a tough exterior. Poor baby is so scared of losing people he loves, and hey hey, his dearest wifey shares the same fear. They are meant to be. Broken but "fixed" by each other's love.

I also loved that part of the episode and how the Ali so called death triggered the urgency & realization in Neil that life is short and unpredictable. Anything can happen in seconds and he should not waste any more time to tell Avni what he feels about her. That he loves her and wants her to stay in his life, also how much this marriage means to him.

It was great that scene. The dialogues so profound and beautiful. How he was looking at that ring and thinking he was going to give it to her. He was fully prepared for the moment. Now he doesn't want to waste time waiting and preparing. He wants to Seize the day, the moment. Carpedium Kid!

But as always Life has other plans and will bring Juhi back into the picture to mess things up. I don't know what will happen there, but I think Neil's feelings are very much set. Any confusion will be from Avni's side. As always "Ishq ke mamlemai anjaan" is our Avni. She will think Neil still love Juhi and will back off. Will Neil think she doesn't really love him, so is backing off? If not, how can she watch him with someone else? How will Ali fit into all this. Ali-Avni combo?

Things are getting very interesting indeed. But fools in love will always make it entertaining for us. I feel a lot of tissues coming on. Daard toh bohot hoga! For us! Watching out two love's in pain!😭 But I think the intensity will compensate for all the pain we will suffer!
