Avneil visited the doctor, where she gave them the milestones on how would baby grow at each stage, few tests,medicines and lots of rest. Avni knew she could handle it, just like her mother did. But a few drops of sweat due to nervousness didn't go unnoticed by Neil. He gave her his hankercheif to wipe the sweat and said " Maine kaha naa tumse, mein hoon tumhare saath ".
At this point of time, a woman needs her mother more, then her husband, someone who could understand what is going inside her body. Avni asked him to drop her to Neela Maa house.
Neil knew, someone from their family will try to harm the baby if the person gets the news. But Neela maa could be trusted. They shared the news with her, and her happiness knew no bounds " finally I will have my grandchildren ".
When Avni went to rest in her room, Neela asked Neil " so finally you have become one, but I do feel something missing between you two, you don't seem to be happy ".
Neil replied " because your daughter still thinks, that whatever I am doing is a Ehsaan for her".Neela understood where the gap was. Avni needs to realize that she loves Neil. She asked him" I agree my daughter will never understand that she loves you. But why don't you confess? "
To which he said " I don't want to now. I don't know how she will react. She expects that she has no right to be loved. Like an outcast having normal dreams she is not used to. After, Neil left Neela wondered on how to make Avni realise that she loves Neil. Anyways after that fiasco, Amol was living with her, and she saw no harm to share the good news with him.

Shweta as usual was not happy, her son was snatched away from her. The loneliness, the silence was not liked by bebe too. The sunshine of the house was gone along with the sun. The darkness filled in the rooms as well as there hearts. Bebe joined satsang session, just to keep some positivity in her life, away from madam Madonna.

Before, Bebe could think further a speeding truck hit the car of Neil. Avni was thrown outside, while Neil body was dragged few meters with the car.
Ambulance was called, Neil was rushed to hospital, with lots of blood loss in process. His head was hit severely, the MRI scan revealed internal injury. But Avni didn't want to lose hope, she will bring her husband back to life.
Neil had a rare blood group. Avni and Dd started calling different blood bank but to no avail.Finally with help of Ali, the news was broadcast on radio channel when one donor was found.
Bringing him to hospital on time was tough task. But Avni did the impossible, he was here to donate blood. Neela was feeling proud of her daughter. Neil was shifted to ICU, still unconscious. When doctor said only one person could visit him now.
Avni went inside, where whatever she said the fear of losing him, what Neil meant to her. What was life without him. What Neela never expected that her daughter would say but Avni was saying and she recorded it in her mobile.
Neil was kept under observation, under critical condition and Avni always kept an eye on him. Neela maa forced her to eat something as it was just not for her but for the baby too. For Neil's promise she had to eat.
She didn't rest a single minute,the care and prayer didn't go unnoticed by Bebe. She bent in front of Avni to seek for her forgiveness. Neil was conscious and the first person he wanted to meet was Avni.
Teary eyed she entered the room, when Neil said " akhir tumne mujhe bacha hi liya ",when Avni replied " kaise na bachati, tumhe pata hai mein tumhare bina nahi reh sakti. Don't you ever think of leaving your wifey as I am nothing without you ". He pulled her near as he wanted to hear more, but she restrained as it could hurt him.
