sorry, lovely, if it was just an OS, i would made it excruciatingly longer, and described in detail each and every feeling that Neel was feeling. The confusion, the anger, the longing, the jealousy, the envy and the possessiveness. I would have prolonged his jealous torture. Not let him get in contact with Avni throughout the night until it was time to leave. I would have kept him embracing her waist short, and the tense silence on the trip back home longer, in which Neel has so much to say but doesn't have the words to express his thoughts. And in that night, Neel finally lets it out accidentally to Avni that it does matter to him, whether she considers that there is something between them.

But I don't want this to be just an OS, i want the jealousy and growing attracton to be slowburn. They will have so many times to just understand and reveal their feelings to each other, but they won't because they don't comprehend the feelings just yet. So they will do one simple action or another, to negate the feeling away but with the increasing occurences, the attraction between them become so unbearable that they just have to shout out their feelings and pray that each of them doesn't walk away from them. They will be using both their wedding vows and rights on each other even though they both say they don't believe in the marriage.
