Akash!How could in little age he be a doctor? Perhaps to be a doctor was his ambition hence he introduced himself as doctor.right? btw who is riya? What's relation between riya n avni? Does ali love avni? I'm New viewer hence have many questions in mind.lol

Akash was not exactly a doctor but he had a great knowledge of homeopathy

Riya is Avni's cousin.She is Avni's chacha's daughter.Dayaben always hated Avni because Avni's mother Aisha was a Muslim.That's why she never allowed Avni and her mom to become a part of their family.Even Avni's father Ashish did not have the guts to face his mother and accept Avni and Aisha.Dayaben murdered Aisha and took away her son Aman who is Ashish and Aisha's second child because he was a boy and he could carry on their lineage.

Ali is Avni's closest friend from childhood.During these 15 years while Avni was presumed dead,he harbours romantic feelings for her and is waiting for her return.But Avni only considers him as her BFF.

BTW many characters have two names over here.Almost all of them are related to Avni.
