Exactly. Ultimately, these guys hold the industry reins (not just Balaji but other PHs too). Nobody wants to piss off a potential employer when the pool is so small to begin with.

Leave a job with dignity and grace, and don't burn your bridges, no matter the industry. You never know when your paths may cross again.

they should definitely rename the channel namakwa😆 and sitara needs to rename themselves Remake plus...🤣

LOL so true. Kya hoga re ITV ka 😆 at least Sitara is hitting its mark in terms of promotion and TRPs. Leading the pack of uncreatives 😆 small wins, I guess.

Looks like the trps of all their shows were down except for Bb. Even CS and nik were down. Right now Gul is their golden child with Imli doing well. But once the trps are down. It’s time for the garbage heap.
