I mean if you look at it, even though Veer has all the elements of the grey lead, Jay is the one with the typical Naagin household like the other Naagin Male leads while Veer has only men at his place.

Perhaps the marriage track will get delayed this season unlike the previous ones till they establish VAni a little more. The misunderstandings between them are expected, but not due to the standard of Naaagin series, but because of their own respective characters.

I don’t think Veer will be reduced to a prop, reason being is because his character is literally what has attracted the audience. The zeal he has displayed as a Cheel is too hard to forget for the cvs to turn him into a damsel in distress.

What I rather expect is that Bani on the other hand will plotting against him and laying traps for him, only to end up getting trapped herself while Veer comes to help her out. And I think usually the Naagin takes down the ML’s family members down without the ML’s knowledge but I think Veer would most likely be aware of everything and perhaps even secretly help her or foil her attempts.

I hope that all you say is true. I want Veer to be at least aware of all the planning plotting around him. The fact that Veer doesn't know about his family shady deals irritated me a lot. I mean Aakesh was the prince of his clan and his reincarnation doesn't know even about his family. Frankly, Veer is the only character due to which most people are watching Naagin and if they ruin him, the season will be irredeemable.

Perhaps we should let our brains take a back seat this season when it comes to predicting the plot and character development.

Kya Pata, they are showing all the intense and romantic scenes for VAni but later they troll us by getting Jay and Bani married? And later someone kills Jay and Veer gets blamed for it, so Bani decides to avenge him by getting married a second time or god knows what.

But yes, I feel there is something off about Jay’s character. He may seem seedha saadha but that might be mask he’s wearing to fool us. But if that’s the case then these guys seriously need to change the actor. Mohit doesn’t look the part at all.

What confuses me montage ek hain aur dikha kuch aur rahe hain ?

They're giving Veer & Bani innumerable scenes whereas Jai & Bani haven't even met after that wedding day. Everything is pretty messed up , initially I expected that they'll show more Jai & Bani scenes first and then the typical groom swapping leading to Veer Bani marriage but yaha Kuch alag hi scene Hain.

Even I am more intrigued by Jai now , why is he having a problem in transforming that too on full moon ?? And why is Bani being aware of her naagin form making Jai search out for her. Is she testing his love for her ?

I think Jay has also been cursed along with Veer and Bani. Perhaps his mother or father is snake and they are trying to suppress his naag roop from emerging, or perhaps he hasn’t come of age yet. Remember Rocky? He had similar issues too.

Possible , again rocky was a positive character which I doubt Jai will be and I think the reason they're being ambiguous with Jai can mean two things - Either he is straightout the villain OR EK is planning to get Jai & Bani married instead and that is why they're getting limited exposure ( one of her twists which noone saw coming ). Think about it Veer is just Veer with his brother clan and Jai is that Naagin ML with a family , dadi , siblings etc

Actually they are given the same kind of exposure as VAni, but because of the latter’s intensity you feel the former didn’t interact much whereas I think that the exposure both the guys have been getting is the same.

I mean just look at this, Jay and Bani Met first, the touchy feely scenes were given to them, they were also given flashbacks of Hriday and Nageshwari, they were given the sweet background music along with tere sang pyaar main as if they are the main couple and already married.... it’s just that it wasn’t as impactful as VAni/Aakeshwari.

Plus if you look at it, story wise Jay has the upper hand, being the reincarnation of Hriday the supposed lover of Nageshwari/Bani, but people are more drawn to VAni regardless.

Jay is shown as the good guy, has all the traits of the usual Naagin Male lead and he even has a joint family that adores him like anything as opposed to Veer’s male dominated family.

Even if he takes ages to transform into naag, which may get us to raise our eyebrows, we already know that he’s a naag. There’s nothing really much to look forward to there, perhaps his character is going to die in the future like maybe Veer accidentally kills him or something. Because no matter how hard I look at him, I don’t find his character that great, or maybe he is just there to confuse the hell out of us all.

Perhaps that’s why we’re all rooting for Veer.
