I think in the precap Shivli is not Shivli and Bela is not Bela.

It's very confusing.

Yeah, He hugged Bela... I think she changed forms in front of him to show him 'magic' or something and got him pacified 😆

Because Shivli hasn't shot after blue saree and aditi said her role was done...
