I don't know if my imagination is going way ward from having read so much stories that I can feel the writer is been cunning or I am given her too much credit. Mahirji is more than we can imagine. This is the second dangerous poison that had not killed him. I doubt it has the intended effect either. Something is not right somewhere... either Mahirji is part of Sumi or this is just a trail for Bela to be the true protector of the Naagmani. Love and selflessness is the team for this season so Sumi will lose only because of her selfishness, greed and hate not because of who is powerful as Naagrani either old or young.
