Trusting mom is definitely fine and natural. After all she has been a loving and caring mother all his life. His supermom whom he loves above all. And Mahir also loves his brother and has been taking care of Yuvi. It was obvious in the early episode scenes that Yuvi and Mahir share special bond. At least it was true for Mahir's side.

But then asking a stranger to sleep in his room. And he doesn't love Vish. He was being told by Vish that they were in love before memory lost. He does not even have any memories of Vish, like he doesn't have any memories of Bella.
