If caging not possible authority will get special permission from govt and kill them

Here nazgins did not murder Innocents without getting provoked ..so. No punishment in ipc also

They r animals ..when animals get provoked. They will kill u ..no ipc code says animal is guilty when it gets provoked and kills ..because u just hit it and if it kills u ..u can't say ..it's wrong in animal to kill mee ..I just hit it..now jail the animal ..

If u try to rape an animal it will kill u ..now court also won't put animals in jail for killing ..it blames the guy only ..see ipc code

Only when animals kill Innocents randomly govt will give special permission to kill them ..if they can't be caged and that killing will be done by authority ..not you

Here naaguns did not kill Innocents so even ipc code won't punish them

Nope Bela and Vish shouldn't get punishment

They didn't kill innocent people.

Vikrant knew how those boys are that's why he brought Ruhi there so that those boys get attracted to her.Vikrant agar neg na bhi hota tab bhi wo ladke galat h galat rehenge.
