Earlier even I disliked it because I felt Bela was uncomfortable and still letting him do it. What I observe now is sometimes is comfortable, sometimes she is not.

The only objectionable I found about Bela with Vikrant is trying to kiss her in sleep and Bela noticing him so close yet NOT drawing a line there. Personally, I could see it is about friends and touching is quite normal but this particular situation was NOT friendly or platonic.

The issue here is, Bela is viewing this whole thing as platonic but Vikrant's advances are very much not-platonic. There is difference in the way the touch, look or advances are when the intention is not platonic. I feel uncomfortable when a touch is meant more in physical way than emotional/friendly/casual way. A person could tell the difference, specially women, unfortunately.

And that is when you need to draw a line, if you don't reciprocate those feelings.

That particular caressing scene of the male antagonist and the subtle reaction of the female protagonist was not justified in any damn way.

I am sure if that scene would have been reverse, male protagonist doing same to female antagonist, all the so called feminists would have created a havoc till now.

Yeah, Bela can not expect to have best of both worlds! So, whenever there is judgement, she can't be defended with 100 years of love from a different world, which is uncommon in this world. She chose a human partner, living in his world. So rules of that world apply to her now. Where some see it as two-timing.

Either she should take all the judgements /bad names till she comes clean or she should take all this into her world where all this is probably acceptable and live there instead.

Half truths are as bad as lies. Either come clean or face the music.

Her situation is very complicated right now. But she herself CHOSE a path. She will have to face certain things along the path. Judgements are one of them. Let her face it till the time comes...

Thing is, Mahir should not be judged for thinking wrong of Bela's actions or feeling enough is enough and back out of the relation now. If Bela can make a choice of half truth, hiding things, Mahir can also make whatever choice as his reaction to it.

If it is okay for Bela to encourage both the guys advances, it is okay for Mahir to judge her on that.

What is tipping off the balance right now is, Bela is in a complex situation so she has made a choice which has more Negative outcomes... Where Mahir is making choices which have more positive outcomes... Obviously, Bela would be criticized more for the time being 😆
