First of all she is in her inner conflict. first she rejected her 100 year love for 100 days love. She is in guilt. she can't accuse him for creating misunderstanding between mahir and bela. Just imagine you had trust on a someone more than 100 year and you hadn't single idea about his bad shade and you still think him as a good person. And again that person proved you that he is good, by sacrificing something major for you. then what would you do, will you accuse him for creating misunderstanding between her and her husband.
I think whatever bela is doing is still justified because in her sense vikrant is someone whom she had trust for hundred year and he is that person who sacrificed his 100 year love for her in just some minutes.
Ps : you all are thinking by mahir point of view, just try to think from bela point of view. you will understand why she is not objecting vikrant touch and asking him what he is doing in front of family.
