Mahir will not die being bitten by any of them. He had survived Bela. She might also sting Mahir with the antidote to further protect him from Vikrant and Vish's poison.

Bela is going to pretend to believe Vikrant and Vish's story that Mahir had killed Bela's Mom. Little does Vish and Vikrant know that Bela had noticed the watch on Mahir's hand during their conversation.

You know may be the big most dangerous snake is Andy so his son has something in his blood and is protected from snakes bite.

In the precap Bella was having a dream where she is talking with her mother. Her mother told her that there are those who are betraying her and there are those who will break her heart and all. I think that dream will be cut short due to Naagrani Maa's health issue before she could tell her that it was Vikrant and Vish. I also think that that fire house incident in the precap will have Bella attacking Mahir too.
