Palti maarne ka meaning we are not suggesting here ki she will drop the idea of love or bhool jaayegi dev ko. Nahi obviously yeh nahi hoga. determine nibbi hai, persistent kudi hai.

Palti ka meaning yeh imply hai yahaa ki she will try to distant herself. abhi kaise kud kud ke naamumkin to mumkin jaa rahi hai and Dev is do not have any hopes humaara kuch nahi ho sakta

Telly, you need to have a 3rd option - She won't be given a chance to go either way.

When Dev comes to know about HP, he will be ever more sure that him distancing himself is the right thing to do. He will see this as a further proof of his belief that they have no future together.

At the same time, she is not the kind who would say - to hell with whatever happens, my love for Dev sir stands firm. And if she flips then there is no way for them to move forward.

So there has to be a middle way somewhere. That is IF the writers keep the characters consistent.

Or...

She COULD flip and back off from Dev but circumstances keep throwing them together. (Not sure how they plan to make it happen if they take this route unless HP agreed to let her continue her job / accept the scholarship for her MBA)

Or...

Dev could come and talk to HP once he recovers, assuring him that he would help Vidhi move forward, that he knows that them being together is not possible. IF HP is made to be reasonable, this would be another interesting option they can explore.

she will flip and go on back foot. Dev will respect her wishes and love for family.I think here meaning of Flip is try to distance herself from dev. love will not end but she will decide not to pursue for family.

but he has no control on his emotions. saying it do not keep hopes and not seeing her in office are two different things. He will go restless without seeing her in his office so he smartly going to pull out MBA card ki she can not quit.

He knows HP will not allow her to come or let him meet. He know HP in and out. this time talking to HP is no help as dev bhagwaan se Insaan ho jaayega in one second for HP.

yes tyaag mode humesha on hai until he sees Vidhi in his office as daily dose.

but the day she is not there or he can not walk in to meet her in her house.

saara tyaag mode will jump out of the window.

he will grow restless.

then he will try to meet her. I think MBA sponsored hai so can not quit aayega
