Oh nice...phir toh you can quit by serving 15 days ka notice period...and 15 days ki aish 😆...

Pata hai in Capgemini, my previous company...we had to serve 3 months notice period 😡

I know many companies have that rule now. But I joined EnY 5 years back. Tab toh sirf 1 month notice period tha employment letter mein. Plus yaar it also depends upon your boss. Even my hubby has the same problem. Uski company is asking him to give 3 months notice. He has got through Accenture in Mumbai. We were thinking if he gets through then we might just move to Mumbai. BCG anyway wants me in Mumbai. But his notice period is playing a spoilt sport.😕
