JS-I agree with you completely.,Indian television is too beneath her...We, as viewers feel so much disappointment seeing the deterioration of the old NBT.I cant imagine how sonal, who so painstakingly put together such a wonderful story...must be feeling, witnessing it deteriorating like this rapidly..Still,putting all personal feelings aside, she has rushed forwards like a loving Mother to do whatever little she can to repair the damage, when she gets the slightest opportunity to do so.

Okay back - and yes Nurey ji, I feel better now! Last night I thought I might genuinely crack my skull in a half!
Anyway - dude, you and I are saying the same thing. THAT is what I said - or well implied at least. That basically the whole wishlist thing just shapes itself around that one person... I'm not saying Mohan ever wanted a "simple suljhi" girl to begin with - or he'd have never been with Rashmi. After Rashmi he went into that phase of just laying off the "complication that is love" - but then Megha came along. And somehow, even in the middle of the MOST dramatic and multiple end problem situations, he found that life and love could be like true serendipity! And so what he said that night was entirely and subjectively applicable to Megha! What I am trying to say is - that if you just go into the literal meaning of his "wishlist" - Ridhima could fit even better than Megha. And given that Mohan has realized with the coming of Megha into his life that having a good satisfying relationship to take forth into a lifetime is something he could very much want and cherish and be happy with, that he would very much like to have this stabilizing factor in his life which would just bring him so much peace in such a simple manner is something that could (looking at it one dimensionally) very much find a match in Ridhima! But the reason he doesn't feel that match is because the whole sense of how life can be simple and happy is something that only Megha evokes in him! The satisfaction of completion is what he can find only in her. And no he didn't want a simple person, but Megha's coming did make him realize that simple does not necessarily have to translate into "boring" and "passive" - but can be something that exudes a lot of inside power and challenge - and the grounding sense that it brings in his life, the security of it, is something he has never had - and something that with Megha does NOT feel binding! Like he said to her on the terrace that day, mujhe ni pata log isse bandhan kyun kehte hain - THAT is what Megha has altered in him. In her simple and grounded yet not subservient ways he finds what he wants to be a home to come back to! Basically Megha makes "simple" much more appealing to him, than Mohan Bhatnagar the guy who once dated a girl like Rashmi would have imagined. And innately it has always seemed he IS a very simple guy himself. Not simple the Ridhima way. But simple the Megha way. A genuine kind of person who doesn't complicate his life - or doesn't want to - with the hassles of ANYTHING that he think will bind him down! And settling down with Megha is NOT binding for him - in a strange way, that kind of settlement just liberates him further! So what I meant was, that if you looked at his dialogue from that day - keeping Megha out of it - you'd wonder why Mohan couldn't find a match in Ridhima. But then you'd bring Megha back to the picture and realize, that the entire dialogue, the whole wishlist, had just formulated itself to describe everything that Megha is to his life! And no one else could be...---Shamil ji - TOTALLY agree! Obviously I got carried away with my other stuff, but HOW HOW true! When they all planned to leave Megha alone with him, I was like, are you serious?! đ˛ In most "conventional" families, the way Vyas family is, a widow would NOT left alone with ANY single man, or any man even, from the OBVIOUS apprehension of exploitation given that she has no more a man to defend her life and "honor" - ALL the more not left alone with men of the family - I've heard so many stories from my parents of situations back in India where the widows are FIRST and foremost exploited BY the family men - and that a lot of times if the parents of a widow can afford to, they will bring their daughter back to their place before any such can happen! So fine - you're considering this guy to marry Megha - but shaadi hui toh ni hai! He hasn't even effing said YES to you yet! And since "amrikan" log are so unpopular and obviously devoid of values on desi shows, shouldn't you even once wonder about what his value systems are? There could EASILY be a difference of opinion between your "humare ghar ki bahu guests ke saath khana nahi kahata" fundas versus what HE thinks is legit and okay in terms of "bonding" ?! It was SUCH a scene of duplicity in some ways - just made no sense. All the less given Megha's escapades with men who keep leching on her Khair! And Hope - yes, yes and yes! Below the belt that was! Obviously they are playing the reverse psychology with Mohan, but I just keep hoping (of course only if Sonal has anything to do with writing of this) that they could show Mohan totally BUST their pseudo emo talks at them in his typical Mohan way; and they get down to the real serious and GENUINE way of talking "reason" with him. Jiji tells him the truth. For me, that is consequential in some ways. Because while I'm more than certain that Mohan can tell Megha loves him, and that he knows she's no where closer intending to confess - I think it would shift A LOT in the dynamics of his current resignation to this fact if he knew that whatever her notions of self sacrifice and goodness and blah blah blah are - SHE HAS CONFESSED BEING IN LOVE WITH HIM VERBALLY, to someone! Whoever! That her love has taken that kind of root and power that she has "breathed" out the secret to another soul - is not just evidence of how the self denial is totally shed off, but also that he HAS a stronger foothold himself to re-assess and revise a plan. I truly don't want him to go into ANY kind of Megha wooing plans - whatever kind. But I also don't think ANY pressure of losing Mohan could actually jolt Megha out of her "sacrifice" mode if left to her. A Mohan leverage is required, and if Mohan learns of the entire truth from Jiji, about the exact fundas Megha is toying with currently - he would - well he SHOULD, if written rightly - know of his kind of ways to fix this matter once and for all! And like you said Hope, a Mohan Indu showdown would work wonders. I totally chuckled when she told herself she was ladke ki maa and wouldn't just say yes, thinking ke yaar, you just lost your big chance, cause for a change Ladka galti se haan bol gaya tha - bas, ab mat bolna ki chance ni milaa tha, cause by the time you get off your high horse of being ladke ki maa, wo phir party badal chuka hoga đKhair - I can't help but hope ke sahi log likh dein episode. But I am duly prepared, as you said Nurey, for bemisaal stuff to stun us đł Let's see how this goes... I don't mind Mohan bonding with Addu AT ALL, as long as the idea is not Addu ke saath Mummy free. It should be the other way round. Mummy ke saath Addu free hai, so he might as well buddy up the kid while he's at it!

Guys, just now got a reply from Sonal. She said that she wrote the 2-3 episodes from previous week as Jappu ji wasn't well but she isn't back permanently
"No Bidushy... it was a temporary arrangement since Jayesh was not well... we are still on rocky ground... and trust me, Jayesh is also trying his best to take story forward in a nice manner! We are working together and hope to add trps while retaining sensibility of the show"When I asked her if they are showing Addu's birthday, she said nope they aren't! So no blooper guys!
