No. If he was hired one, how will rashmi's mom also be involved in this. Rashmi is also from a rich family and thats why Mohan's mom & dad had no problem with their relationship. He still doesn't have the money she was looking for.. And on. The top he has kids as well... She would be a very sick person to try and take somebody's dad away from them...

@Subha: I think her mom suggested rashmi to go to U.S for better opportunity & career but she wasn't so much comfortable with it ... her ego got hurt when mohan refused to go with her... I guess both moma & daughter have same mentality... they just want to make mohan realize that he committed a big mistake in leaving rashmi...
