^^ Haaan! So he IS cute like that na yaar! And Megha patronizing was not in her typical way, just cute and indulgent! From the moment her eyes spotted Mohan, her entire body language was all about, oh Mohan and his klutzy antics! 😆 And OH YES! That moment was distinct! In fact, from the second she started overhearing the conversation - even before she heard the name "Rashmi" - Megha looked some shade of offended on Mohan's behalf. And the way the camera kept going to her, showing her observing Mohan's reaction to each cheap shot Rashmi took at him was such a perfect build up! Just for a bit, she actually expected Mohan to have his go back - but then she knew it wasn't coming. And it seemed evident that she had an answer to give back to every thing Rashmi threw at Mohan, You know what I realized just now? The exact moment when Megha decided that she's going to do the "Aji sunte ho" nautanki...when Rashmi brought up the ring and started rubbing THAT in Mohan's face...flashing it around saying that it costs more than most of the homes of middle class ppl in Indore and finally saying that you didn't find anyone as good as me?...I think before this Megha might not have considered that particular style of comeback but it's like that bit from Rashmi pushed the button as far as Megha is concerned and she thought in her head, "Achha beta? Ab MAIN tumhein samjhaati hoon KAUN loser hai"😆...nothing less than a loving/caring WIFE would do in that scene...she couldn't have just praised Mohan as a colleague...that wouldn't be enough of a comeback to Rashmi's "you're a sad despo loser who couldn't find anyone in life after me" comment.


And Mohan, Mohan - bichara never anticipated a mundane trip to the supermart could occasion so much action, did he?! 😆 Kahan shaanti se racks mein samaan giraa raha tha - ke BAM! Hit by a lady on each end 😆 What can we say...bandaa leads a VERY eventful life...Murphy's Law follows him around everywhere😆

I mean ridiculing someone for being an idealist? *shakes head* Awww, Monu. You are such a late bloomer. You fell for this girl? Kya item hai. 😆 LOLL love how you put this😆😆...ditto...I was also wondering seriously what he saw in her...Mohan's personality traits just don't seem to indicate that he'd ever go for a chick like this...truly he was one VERY nasamajh boy when he was younger😆...late bloomer hi hai sach mein...haha...Rashmi as a character was slightly caricaturish as well with those typical ambitious career-minded woman who broke a guy's heart type fundas...but oh well...I expected something like this only😆

Anyways. As I was happy with the development and treatment of how the CTs showed Mohan falling for Megha, I am happy with the the development on Meghas front too. As in how Mohan has slowly transformed from an irritating neighbor who brings nothing but Museebat in her life to someone who has carved his very own niche in her life. If we actually think about it, since Amars demise, Megha was completely wrapped up in her domestic life- dedicated to bringing up her two kids. Her only interaction was with her family members. She didn't really have anyone of her own age group to relate with, talk to. Mohan coming into her life has of course changed that. So we see what else Megha is capable of doing.

It feels really good to see them together- just being friends. Ditto...it just warms my heart to see them together like this...this newfound friendship, the way the relationship is developing...yes it's something more from Mohan's side cuz he is more drawn towards her but for Megha too it's a new experience to care for someone outside her family...like you said her world was wrapped up in only her family and kids otherwise...Mohan has changed all of that...for Megha, the changes are very subconscious at this point.

So yeah, Megha actually feeling despondent when she sees Mohans empty chair and then standing up for him without even knowing where he is/ what he is doing. He could have simply bunked work and gone for a movie a la Renu bhabhi for all she knew, but she still stood up for him. That felt good!

And then her spying on Mohan and Rashmi. So she automatically does feel drawn to him. She had no reason to eavesdrop on them. But she still did. I mean its not like she walked in their conversation while it was all heated. She was a witness from the very first exchange. So does that mean something or am I thinking too much? Yes, I agree what you guys are saying that Megha now treats Mohan to be one her 'apna' now. But even for an apna, do you actually stand by and listen in to their conversations with every damn stranger on the street?! Me thinks that he is more of an apna than Megha realizes. Or maybe the MM shipper in me would like to believe that. 😆 And even so, it IS quite bold of her to go to this extreme of pretending to be his wife. LOL well the eavesdropping didn't really feel like a drawn moment from her side to me...remember that she basically went to go get daalcheeni for Mohan...she was going to come back to him anyways...and she must have seen him talking to Rashmi as she was heading back...so she was bound to stop and wonder ki yeh kaun hai and then when she heard who it was and what she was saying, phir toh puri baat sunni hi thi

And ok, one last thing. KKK's expressions in the precap. Though I think (like most people here do 😆) that wild untamed hair seems to agree with him more, there was a very naive child like look to him today and I think his shorter hair had something to do with it. I mean this one expression particularly stands out to me. He kind of raises his eyebrows in reaction to Rashmi the gadhi calling them Mr & Mrs. He looks like such a cute bachcha there! Must say, that despite himself having just turned 30 (if I remember correctly, he is 1982 born), he comes across to be someone much younger. And that is with wild hair, stubble. Sorry not stubble, but full blown beard AND moustache. Unke bina toh patani kya hi lagta! 😆 And ok, THE last last thing. The way Megha is being all mischevious and trying to signal to him to play along. 😆 LOL honestly I'm getting used to the hair now...and yeah I see your point about how it makes him look even more innocent baccha-like😆...waise bhi bechara was looking so vulnerable today...made you feel even more awww-bechara for him😆...btw woh stubble hi hai...full grown beard/moustache would be much thicker...this is mainly fuzz😆

And yeah I agree about his expressions in the precap...priceless is also too small a word...haha...like everyone else pointed out, he's so shocked out of his mind that ek toh he forgot Rashmi ka naam hi for a second😆😆...and as he's still reeling, then comes the Mrs. Bhatnagar bombshell and he's like blinking over that when he turns to look at Megha who has this "chalo ise mazaa chakhaate hain" smile on her face😆 signalling him to play along or something as you said...

I do wonder if Mohan will manage to play along or he will just be too dazed to manage to say anything...I think it's going to be a Megha show in that scene all the way😆
