Apr 11th: Megha to the rescue

Not so long ago I remember making a topic with the title, "Mohan to the rescue"...Oh how the times have changed😆

Very good epi today...a mix of very good scenes on multiple points...


We got quite a substantial Mohan-Nanhi scene today...I'm SO GLAD that the Amar case is being shown to be worked upon side by side...thank you to the writers for that...anyways the thing that struck me the most about this scene is the way Mohan so EASILY switches b/w his two avatars...the serious and professional journalist/man and then when he sees Nanhi he's all bouncy like a kid who got his fav. candy😆...just before she shows up he's so seriously discussing those three names with Karan and the moment Nanhi shows up, that goes flying out the window for a brief portion as he affectionately greets his Chavanni...and then there's the third version which is a balancing act b/w the man and the child...a bit more serious than the "eee" version he was on seeing Nanhi and now getting down to the business of asking her questions about Amar's colleagues...I'm glad that the story is moving ahead on the Amar front with Nanhi's help...things being tied up.


Megha in the office today...first with the brief bit where she sees Mohan's empty chair and seems disappointed for a bit😆...and then the way she sunaaoes to Pracreep the loser who continues to rant like a frustrated idiot...I loved the way she defended Mohan there and put the loser in his place where he has no choice but to gulp uselessly😆


Loved how they tied up the reason for Mohan to show up at the supermarket...him accidentally walking off with GuruDEV's grocery list...haha...so he has to end up getting the groceries.


The MM scene at the supermarket...AWWW...Maybe I'm just in a more mushy mood today but they were ADORABLE...First the way Mohan's complaining about Guru's handwriting muttering to himself and then randomly picking up something from a shelf gleefully...such a BACCHA he is😆...and then the way his cart ofcourse HAS to accidentally crash with Megha's...and Megha's bemused smile at seeing him crouching on the floor with the grocery list hanging from his mouth😆...I just found it ADORABLE...and then the way he goes, "yeh daal mein cheeni bhi mix hoti hai?"🤣...and Megha telling him it's CINNAMON...awww...they were too cute in this scene...Loved Mohan's smile after Megha offers to go get the daalcheeni for him😆...I'm so loving this new friendly camaraderie b/w them...Mohan's quirks are the same except Megha has started to find them endearing too😆


Anyways so moving to the most important chunk of the epi...Rashmi ji ki entry😆...Poor Monu recovering from showering himself with daal ke packets when his ex has to show up...I loved Kunal's acting in this scene...the shift in his body language once Rashmi shows up and it's almost like seeing a different person...Rashmi is PATRONIZING...talks down to him all the time, calls him a LOSER multiple times...calls him CHILDISH over and over and basically considers him NOTHING...koi aur Mohan se aise baat karta toh abhi tak woh uski dhajjiyaan udaa chuka hota...but we finally see Mohan's vulnerable side...the chink in his armour...his history with Rashmi who seems to know how to deliver blow after blow at every point where it hurts the most...so when Mohan is around her, you can almost see him ever so slightly flinching mentally at each blow she delivers...an unsure Mohan, a Mohan at a loss for words as if the pain leaves him unable to speak...I liked the flashes in b/w where he forces a smile out and tells her he's happy for her...it was a genuine statement but you could see Mohan's hurt underneath it all.

I LOVED Megha watching all this from the side and grumbling ki why isn't Mohan saying anything when this Rashmi is sunaaoing so much to him?😆...They shot this bit nicely timing Megha's reactions well...at multiple points you could see how sensitive she was to Mohan's hurt and vulnerability...until finally Rashmi pushed her luck too far and Megha decided it was time to teach her a lesson...lol...I loved the change in expression that came over Megha there and you can see the wheels turning in her head as she walks around over to that aisle.


I guess we all knew they would end it at the "aji sunte ho" bit...Thursday tak toh kheenchna hi tha😆...anyways NOW I love that new NBT chorus song bit...TODAY it was timed PERFECTLY in the last scene when Megha shows up behind Mohan and calls out that "aji sunte ho"😆...and Mohan turning in shock ki yeh maine kya sunaa?? 😲😆...Megha's mischievous smile there is AWESOME😆


Chalo the bulk of the scene will be tomorrow I guess as Megha bajaaoes Rashmi ki band...Go Megha Go!🥳😆

Anu: Me was waiting for you post to say: ME in love with the acting of Kunal Karan Kapoor 😆😆😆.

Rashmi was rambling on and Mohan's eyes and face were expressing so much without saying a word. I was completely in awe.

Anu.. loved the way you put across Rashim's behavior and Mohan's vulnerable side.😃

There was perfect flow in the story with lots of revealations. I even liked Rashmi and her bragging😆. We got see a vulnerable side of Mohan and Jhansi ki Rani Megha😆.

Finally movment in Amar's case...Nanhi gives a little insight into Amar's friends circle. Looks like Mohan will soon have to ask Megha for help regarding Amar's friends. Why do I get this feeling one of Amar's friends got his signature on those papers on Nanhi's birthday.

So Megha has finally got her voice and she is standing up for Mohan. kya baat hain. And creep is never going to change, I think he needs Mohan's strong dose now🤣.

wow Mohan's Ex is a money minded and horrible female. Now I can see why Mohan's mum was so worried about Mohan falling for Megha. Cause it will definately not be a rosy path.

When Rashmi was going on with her bragging session all I could see was Mohans heartbroken face and his eyes.He was stuggling to stay calm. I think he feels its his mistake to fall for such a

horrible person and does not want to get into an argument with her.

Finally we got so much information about Mohan's past from Rashmi's non-stop bak bak. Mohan and his dad's fallout, Mohan always had been an idealist and the reason for his spilt with Rashmi. Also, looks like Rashmi loved Mohan only cause his father was rich and the moment he had a difference with his dad Rashmi left him.

Loved Megha in the background wondering why Mohan is listening to her bak bak and her determined face in the end when Rashmi talks about his personal life and marriage. Megha was at her naughty best when she starts of with Suniyee jii😆. All Mohan could do was open his mouth and stare at smiling Megha in disbelief😆 . Mohan must be thinking as to why he entered this super market in the first place😆.

Ok I am not critcizing...but wasn't Megha a little too far to hear their conversation or was Miss. Super Model too loud LOL. Also, the way Megha's character is opening up and standing up for herself and Mohan, I can see Megha helping Mohan with Amar's case even going against Vyas family which is inevitable I guess.

Today's episode belongs to Kunal. He is amazing with his subtle expressions and speaking with his eyes. Hats off to Kunal here. 👏

JZ...Rashmi touched touched Mohan's hair...maybe thats the reason he chopped his hair.😆

Both the viewers and Megha got a lot of info about Mohan today thanks to Rashmi ki bak-bak...loll...so thanks to Rashmi for that...

Rashmi appears to be a very ambitious woman and Mohan was the idealist in that relationship...so they probably ended up having an ideological clash and she left him over that...Mohan changed as a result of that...she makes a point of mentioning how bitter he's become now too when he used to be more open and happy before...but we all know that at his core he's still a mushball and a very sensitive guy...Rashmi didn't have patience or appreciation for that...she had bigger expectations from life and Indore was too small a town to give her that...Mohan on the end seems to have chosen his career because he was passionate about doing something within his hometown only...

I find it hard to imagine what Mohan ever saw in her😆...given his personality traits...I guess young love is naive in many ways...reality hits later on.

And I loved how they timed Rashmi saying, "Tumhein koi mere jitni achhi mili nahin" and then Megha shows up behind Mohan😆


LOL I don't think Megha was that far away...plus Rashmi was talking pretty loudly...it's easy to hear two aisles over...I'm loving this new FIESTY Megha😛😆

I can see Mohan finally out of this Rashmi trauma with Megha's help...cause even in the lift scene he looked pained at the mention of Rashmi's name.

Yes, Megha will help him get closure on this Rashmi trauma/issue and heal that hurt :-) She gets through to him in a way no one else will be able to on this issue I guess.
