The recent Gunja track has so many bloopers
1) The prosecution lawyer should have called some villagers and clarified with them if Gaji was missing from the party the night Gunja was killed
2) Chanda being a close family member should not be trusted with evidence since there are chances she may lie to save a family member. This point was not raised by prosecution lawyer
3) Yashpal says Gunja was trying to impress him, but there is no person called to clarify this statement. How can one of the accused just say something against the victim and it is taken for granted by court. He should produce witness of someone seeing him being wooed by Chanda.
4) Without checking Gaji's gun for forensic witness how did judge realize him as innocent
5) The police must have searched house to recover gaji's blood stained clothes on night Gunja died.
6) If Gunja died with Gaji's gun bullets how did yashpal get that Gun to kill Gunja.
7) Krishna lied that Gunja used to go with other men. Where is proof. How can someone tell something about another's character without witness and judge believe it without proof.
8) Raghav knows how is mother threatned to kill Santosh if he did not spend night with her but still cannot fathom that his mother is upto some mischief by threatening and bribing witnesses. How many times should he be fooled by his mother before mistrusting her on any issue
Hopefully Chanda tells the truth and he trusts her and Sia.
9) Chanda goes and sleeps alone in her room when avtaar is not there why cannot sia send jhumar to sleep with her so that no body can threaten her before she goes to court
10) I am most angry with avtaar because ammaji has done so many atrocities on him and chanda yet he supports her. He is not even her son like Raghav to just believe her blindly.
