Who gave this a FIVE?!

I don't know which Hindi film songs you've been listening to - but I haven't heard such well executed high notes in many other Hindi songs.

Anyway, in a world where Himess Reshammiya can get the best playback singer of the year award, I guess it is too much for me to ask for people who appreciate good music.

But I know there are many in this forum who know how to appreciate good music and can identify talented singing when they hear it. Some such people have already commented in this thread, but there are many more whose comments would be valuable.

So please, all musiclovers, show your support for this superlative performance! Nines and tens guys, come on!

Um excuse me, I appreciate Himesh's singing, and as you saw, I appreciate and liked the composition by Mahalaxmi too.

You got it backwards.
It's more like, in a forum where Himesh get's hated upon, ANYONE can. So I'm actually not surprised at all. In a forum where the great Himesh Reshammiya is called an average singer, I'm expecting other great singing performances to be called average as well. As we see here.


In the real world, both Himesh and Mahalaxmi would get 9s and 10s. Here....well...

Ahem - I guess it is my fault that I brought Himess into this. I don't actually want to get into that discussion.

My point was that this anonymous poll seems to be attracting 'trolls' who just want to mess up the results, when actually there are MANY people on this forum who know and appreciate good music. I'm just requesting them to come and share their thoughts with us and give their scores, so that these trolls' scores become insignificant in comparison.

So come on music lovers of IF, show your support for true talent!

YOU are the guys who admire and bless Anwesha
YOU are the guys who watch MKMM in search of good singing
