Erm, you need to get your facts right. HR is the best - have you seen his tax bills lately? If you want to see HR's taxes, munimji can organise this. Now to your points specifically:

Karan loves HR. Don't you remember that kewl title track HR made on Koffee With Karan for Koffee With Karan. It went something like: 'Koffee with Karan, Koffee Koffee Koffee, Koffee with Karan, Love you all'. Man that was impressive.

And he even strummed an invisible guitar whilst doing it - even though he can't play a guitar. For Karzzzzzzzzzzzz (what zzz fest that was!) he just stood there holding a guitar. And despite these two obstacles of not having a guitar. nor any talent, he still managed to play the guitar. Amazing yaar. Let's rock!!

Anyway, the reason Karan Johar never uses HR for his films is coz HR's too expensive (please refer to his tax bills for further info). Only quality fillum makers like Satish Kaushik can afford him. Jai matadi!

This is why KJo used the affordable but besura Sonu Nigam for the title tracks of Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, Kal Ho Na Ho and Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna. Mujhe mere desh mein dil jai mata josh hindustan... err... something!!

So next time you say anything about our beloved composer-rockstar-sufi singer-actor-judge-kabaadi-guitarist, please get your facts right and REFER TO HIS TAX BILLS for all queries.

@xobile, u forgot one point...Karan doesn't like Khajoor hence he went for low Budget singers...

Not only that, there was a session in koffee with karan where all the elite directors were present like Ashutoash Gowarikar, Raju hirwani. sanjaya banshali , nikhil advani.. and Rakesh om prakhash mehera.

karan asked everybody if they would like to take Himesh a s a MD in their movie in rapid fire session , everybody bluntly refused..

they all are elite listed director and have won multiple awards..

But no body is simple interested in HR..

HR himself told in Coffee with karan, that karan refused his song for kabhi al vida na kehena..

If u see there must be some logic..

right.

Nobody picks up a singe/MD on the basis of tax paying..
