A.R.Rahman (Fan Club)-Part2

Today is very important for the members of A.R.Rahman Fan Club. Today the Fan Club has completed 150^th pages and a new we are going to start Part-2 of our club.

As the founder member of this club wrote "The name A.R.Rahman needs no introduction. The man who redefined contemporary Indian music and is the pride of the entire nation and an idol for millions all over the world needs no preamble. "

I am not going to give an introduction about Rahmanji. But let's have a travel to the memory lane.

It was 19th of March, just 6 months ago when a very young forum member of sweet sixteen noticed "there are many fans of A.R.Rahman in this forum. But they don't have a place to share their views, feelings about him."

So she decided to have a unique place for all A.R.Rahaman Fans. Thus the A.R.Rahman (Fan Club) started with the expectation "all the Fans of Rahmanji would join and enrich this section with their valuable comments, suggestions, feelings about his music, updates, interviews, pictures and a lot."

You know members about who I am talking. She is none other than our very own Disha (sweetdisha).

Being a true fan of Rahmanji from the very beginning Disha was trying to make the club a unique one. So she dares to write, "And Critics, you are most welcome if you are constructive and logical."

She emphasised on promoting healthy discussion on Rahmanji's works instead of blind idol worship. So when Rahmanji was accused for plagiarism, instead of avoiding or hiding she herself dissecting the tracks proved that the tracks were inspired but not copied at all.

For her it was not like any other thread in a forum, the "A.R.Rahman Fan Club" was the other name of dream.

It is our ill luck that we lost her within one month from the club started.

Disha didn't succeed in completing all the works she want to do with this club, but she had done the most important job. She was very successful in spreading her dreams within her fellow members in the club.

So after 6 months we can see the regular member are with this club through thick and thins. As Disha wished now we have two branches of this club in Music Corner;

We have just completed the 150th page of A.R.Rahman Fan Club, so now we have the Part-2 of our club.

So members enjoy, its party time, but spend a few seconds Hats off to Disha, Hats of to regular members of A.R.Rahman Fan Club and give them a big hand.
