HELP. Forgot the name of a song!

I was watching channel V the other day... and heard this really nice song, but I forgot the name. Was wondering if anyone could help me. I dont think its from a movie, but the music video has Arshad Varsi on it, and hes sitting on a rock... and the singer is standing next to him.

There's Arshad Varsi and another guy (Kailash Kher-the singer) playing a guitar right?!

I'm pretty sure it is that one!

BTW...it is from a movie: "Waisa BHi Hota Hai II!" 😊
