Very unlikely she will be seen in a sheer saree. (a) Mrunal is too fat to carry a sheer saree and (b) the story is set in Kolhapur and seems likely that women still dress traditionally there.

I would describe her as being forthright and stubborn...she keeps harping on the same thing without having any clue as to whether it is possible or not.
