Seriously speaking, I think a person like Gauri is not exactly dominating. She is more like a demanding child who keeps on saying, I want this, I want that. She was getting away with all that because Sid was way too indulgent with her. He used to pamper her at the cost of his own and his family's self respect. Whenever Gauri was challenged, she quickly withdrew from her own stand.

IMO, Gauri may defy Vikram in the privacy of their room but otherwise be a dutiful bride.

You are right, Gauri has been pampered till now and Garv will be the first that says no to her.. also, I found that whenever AS shouted she seemed to shelter behind (of all people) Prateeksha...

I think so too, all TV bahus do play the dutiful wife in front of others

I beg to differ here... In my view gauri is a dominating character ... I sun see her being a dutifully wife . Never ATM... Agree Sid has always pampered her n give in to her without a no...
