I think appa saheb might have had a hand in killing gauris baba because according to the info i got from the star plus website gauris baba and prateeksha fell in love and the family disagreed initially but then accepted. Appa saheb probably didn't agree at all and so he killed him off (i'm not sure why he would still want to keep prateeksha in the haouse if this is true but i'm just guessing)

it also says on the star plus website that garvs grandad was responsible for appa sahebs fathers death so its pssoble that appa has aken some sort of revenge.

i think siddarth already finds appa saheb dubiousso possibly he will soon find out his niyat also. maybe he will tell gauri but gauri being gauri will be annoyed at siddarth at first and then realises the truth they probs work together to teach him a lesson.
