Purvi takes Arjun to the hotel room where Daksh was killed . Dakshi finds some clues . He then accompanies Purvi to the morgue to check Daksh’s dead body . He finds some clues takes pictures and assures Purvi that she can be happy that Mukhi’s case will be reopened and Mukhi will be saved .

Purvi asks him to reveal what clues he had found but he chooses not to reveal anything . He asks her to be present at the court when he gave the time for hearing .
Purvi reveals this to Sakshi and a Pranjali over hear this . They make sure apurvi and Sakshi never get the lawyer and Mukhi is never saved .
Soon Purvi gets the message from Arjun that Mukhi’s case has been reopened n next day was the hearing . Sakshi and Purvi are jubilant .

They reach the court full of optimism but are shocked tk see Pranjali bribe Arjun with a briefcase full of punk notes . Sakshi and Pirvi regret hiring Arjun for fighting their case ….. but before they can hire another lawyer the judge arrives and the session starts .
The prosecutor accuses the defendants of wasting the court’s precious time as Mukhi’s crime was already proved . Arjun provides evidences that were missed earlier . The accused Mukhi had fired at Daksh’s arm n not at his chest . He had evidence in the form of wound marks on Daksh’s arm and the sleeve of his kurta . He proves Mukhi had indeed fired at Daksh’s arm so he was not the cause if Daksh’s death l there was some one else who had fired at Daksh n killed him.

Daksh finds clues of a third person’s presence near the hotel window .
He decides to use it as a evidence to prove his point .
