That was one intense confrontation between PurVir. I can see both pov and how they behaved. Another good scene between the actors and reacting to one another.
I know its been said, that Vir asked Purvi in the episode repeatedly why she did it... and still she says nothing. BUT....
I noticed how Vir said it... he didnt say it like Tell me what is wrong, what is up with you, what has happened etc...
But his approach is like... (even with the whole army of police around hence why she says the puri fauji dialogue to him) is like You are guilty... Tell me why you did this to me, how could you to that to me, and the kids. and why target my family, why aim a gun at me. See he still isnt thinking about WHY is Purvi doing this... Only why she has done this to him like... he isn't even thinking what could be Purvi's majboori for to taken these actions....
He also confirms that he still isnt thinking like that... since he mentions how she likes to take others blame on her... and that she wanted to be Mahaan and its her fault, and that she kept this much hatred for him and his family. But to me that doesnt make sense... if someone has hatred for you and the family, why the hell would they take blame of others on themselves lol....
And just like the gun desperation move... Purvi goes to make another desperation move to hurt Vir even more (his eyes when she says that line.. she hates him, Amar Sir nailed that moment, so subtle but visible and when he stops himself she hurt him too)... but saying what she does about hating him and this relation... molkki bandhan... her self respect. Vir was right when he replies... that he stood by her, and her choices, and for her to be free of molkki bandhan etc...
Not sure if Vir has gone back to his stern way with the kids... but he could of explained to them, in a gentle way that Haathi isnt coming back... but i think guess he had to be stern to get it through to them and Mama Sarkar too.... along the fact that he himself is hurt too.
Poor Kids... but i love those kids, that love and have faith in their haathi and know the Evil sisters are bad... (each time they get to know how Anjali is, so dont trust her)
One of the things i liked was that the kids went to Purvi's Kanhaji's idol to pray for her... the mandir that Purvi made in the bedroom.
Purvi still has faith that Vir will do what is right when the truth is revealed, and justice served and will understand her plight when it comes out... And why she is also makes the statement, that she will earn back his trust in her and wont let Juhi and Manas be parted from her just like she is fighting for her sister. She again says that Manas and Juhi are equally important to her just like her sister is.
Dargah was certainly there for the Aesthetic look... the song (Shaan E Karam from Kachche Dhaage) was the right one to use then the Aaya Ter Dar Par Deewana from Veer Zaara... two dargah songs but difference in feelings and situation.
I also felt the Baawri theme didnt feel right in use after such a intense emotional confrontation... as the police take her and she watches both watch each other... I expected a sadder version of Saajni as Vir watching her leave...
Precap - Purvi still fighting on, and will do anything. You can care Vir still... your voice and reaction says it all....
@bold now this is bothering more when I think about it what kind of creative choice is this, why they used it 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️
As usual good analysis Lennie
