EXCEL COLLEGE CANTEEN:

Dia and Annie were chatting while Uday was busy with cheese burger and chicken sandwich... That's when Chaco came running and captured their attention with his announcement...

"Guys, Breaking News... Three new students will be joining your department this year", he said; pointing towards Dia and Annie...

Dia: New students in our department!!...

Chaco: Yep, that's what I heard... A guy and two girls...

Annie: But how do you come to know??...

Chaco: From Benji... You know, he always manages to get the right info...

"Two new girls?? Really??"... Uday's antenna became active at once at the mention of Girls...

Chaco: Yep, and one is from London and had recently shifted to Mumbai... Her name is Gunjan...

Uday: Must be some hot chick then...

Chaco: Why do you worry?? With Samrat around you would never stand a chance...

Dia: Why do you bring up Sammy every time?? He likes to hang out with me only...

Annie: But Dia, you can't trust Samrat, can you??

Chaco: Yes Dia, besides that Samrat never proposed you...

Annie: And this new girl Gunjan, she is from London and might be really hot...

Dia: Whatever... Who are the others??

Chaco: Sheena and Ranvijay...

Uday: By the way, the name sounds so sweet... Gunjan... What say guys??

Dia: What's so special in that name?? It is not that good...

Annie: Definitely not better than Dia...

Uday: Gunjan-Uday, or Sheena-Uday... What do you think guys???

Annie: Yuks...

Chaco: Stop daydreaming Uday...

Annie: Exactly, Samrat won't give any chance to anyone...

Chaco: By the way, Gunjan-Samrat... Doesn't that sound better??

Dia: SHUT UP GUYS...

REHEARSAL ROOM:

Mayank was waiting for Nupur... They had many serious discussions pending; the one right now is about the upcoming Talent Parade and Inter College Quiz Competitions... Holding auditions, selecting eligible participants for both the events and arranging other stuffs and so on, everything was pending and Nupur was no show... After pacing for around ten minutes Mayank turned to CJ who was watching him all this time and smirking...

"What's wrong with her??"

CJ: What's wrong with whom??...

Mayank: Who else... Nupur... She should have been here by now...

CJ: Just chill dude... May be something important came up...

Mayank: What could be more important than this??

CJ: Than what?? Meeting with you??

Mayank: What else?? This meeting is about the Talent Parade...

CJ: Seriously?? You're this impatient because of the Talent Parade meeting or it is because your today's second round private meeting with her is pending??

Mayank: What do you mean??

CJ: You know, sometimes library, sometimes locker room, sometimes...

'Shut up CJ', Mayank cuts her off in the middle and was about to leave when Nupur stormed in and bumped into Mayank at the door...

Mayank: Nupur??

"By God Mayank, don't ask... Hi CJ... Sorry for making you guys wait, actually caught up with Dia... Well, I went to her to know about the Talent Parade audition list and found her alone in the girl's locker room, and she was horrible... It's about the new girl from London"... Nupur said it all in one go while rubbing her forehead; making both Mayank and CJ stare at her in complete bewilderment... And Nupur staring at their confused looks tried making things clear for them... Dia has been fussing since morning over the news of two new girls joining their department... What if Samrat fall for one of them, especially the one from London...

Mayank and CJ could not help bursting out in laughter hearing this piece of news... The whole college knows that Dia has a huge crush on Samrat and she always fusses over any matters related to him...

MUSIC ROOM:

Samrat was playing guitar and Benji was pacing around trying to grab his attention... But it was next to impossible... Music and basket ball were his passion, Samrat never paid any attention to anything while busy with this two things...

Benji: Dude, I'm talking to you...

No reply...

Benji: Are you even listening???

No reply...

Benji: Seems like I don't have any value...

Still no reply...

Benji: Fine... I'm leaving then...

Saying this Benji started to leave when Samrat call from behind, knowing his friend very well... Hearing his name Benji halted his steps but refused to speak... Samrat knew him very well; Benji has been his best friend since school days, he behaved in similar fashion every time Samrat pretend to pay him no attention... Samrat gave a lopsided grin seeing him behaving like a child- "My dear Benju seems like you're not in the mood of talking, if that is so then I can continue with my guitar..."

Benji turned toward him hearing this and replied hastily- 'Yeh, go on with your guitar... Why do you bother to listen to an old friend?? If this was any girl with their silly 'Hi Samrat', you would have definitely heard that at the first place'... Benji pouted once again...

'Dude, right now I'm paying my full attention on your words... So, continue'... Samrat tried to pacify his best buddy...

Benji as usual got excited and started to narrate the Breaking News of the college-

"Dude, guess what, this year-"

"Two new girls are joining our department..." Samrat cuts him off...

"Exactly... And you know what, one of them is-"

"Coming from London..." Samrat cuts him off once again...

"Right answer... Wait, what??? You already know that??"

'Obviously dude'... Samrat said in his usual style... 'After all I'm Samrat, nothing remains concealed from me'...

'Yeah whatever'... Benji replied grumpily, but got excited soon once again at the thought of the new girl... 'By the way dude, what do you think of her??'

Benji was super excited about the news of the new girl from London, that she might be rich and hot; rumours were all floating around the college... And on this basis everyone has started assuming her to be Samrat's would be girlfriend... But Samrat knew that none of this was true; she is either rich or hot... Samrat's elder sister Nupur Shergill is the GS of student council and through her Samrat already knew that this new girl Gunjan is a scholarship student who was studying in London but had to return due to some personal reasons... But just the news of her returning from London has created hype all over the college... All this rumours needed to stop... But the other girl Sheena, she is a model, which means she would definitely be hot... He placed the guitar back in its position, patted Benji and headed towards the canteen with him...
