just yesterday i was asking jess abt u.its been too long sabah i know🤗 not ur fault at all . i come to forum very less these days ..job & ,mba has taken up most of my time..i only read the ff updates so straight go to the FF section..thank god i had a three day holiday tohi came to forum & saw this post..
& abt my participating...lol i m sure there r many many fine writers here who will write some awesome OS...for now i m better off as a reader...

OK, succinctly as I can be.😳

1. You can enter a maximum of two OS, each a maximum of 2000 words.
2. You can enter them in any category, even both in one.
3. If you chose to enter in category number one which is 'SaJan' or 'MoNaya' or a combination of both couples (for instance a scene from a rehearsal of a MJHT episode) then you must begin the OS with the words 'Love bole toh.' The same for the other categories' parameters.
4. You don't have to keep your theme to the opening words, you are more than free to wander off in any direction.

OK, I hoped that helped. If not please, please, please let me know and I will try to clarify some more.

Was planning on writing an OS for this competition...jst one question though...I wanted to write my OS in English...so is it possible that I can write the opening words ( love bole tho...) in english? So something like (love is...)?

Hmm. I had to think about this one. I understand your desire to 'tweak' with the words and might even agree as a friend BUT I need to remain fair as organizer.

Although you are free to write it in any language, even French, I think I will have to remain strict in terms of these opening words, to remain fair to the other participants.

It really is the only big rule. I feel bad about saying no BECAUSE I HATE to limit creativity in any way and that is the spirit of this contest.

Hmm, it is a thinker. Maybe you could use this quandary as a source of inspiration, so begin with Love bole toh and then, as DJ's like to call it perform some soulful 'scratching' (i.e wax lyrical about why the narrator hates these opening words and that he would prefer something more 'him or her) and 'JUMP' to Love is...

I would hope I have not trampled over your zeal to participate as it would be a big loss.

Please feel free to curse me, I really do feel bad about saying no.😳
