But this particular actor in question, I don't think has been ungrateful to the PH.
And to make another point, viewers fell in love with the serial only because of their respective couples. Otherwise, who would really appreciate cliched tracks, with actors who couldn't even ACT? I was against even watching MJHT in the first place, when I heard they were trying to make it a youth show like Remix. And me being a big fan of Remix, would never accept any show to take it's place. But what got me hooked? The acting, the chemistry between the two actors. And as for character sketches, they were impressive, no doubt, but the actor that breathed life into it made the character lovable. And I do not think any actor could have done justice to Nupur, other than Rati. So Rati made Nupur popular, made her lovable, and created such a huge fan following for herself. Had it not been for Rati, I have my doubts if I would have even watched this show for more than a week.

And besides, its not like actors are NEVER at fault, sometimes people do get over-hyped and take their star status for granted, and throw around tantrums. Another thing, if i was an actor, i'd never hve been so ungrateful to the people who gave me the chance to make a platform for myselves and show them down.😃

Nope.... she was very well known. and famous....... she did couple serials and a regional movie.... if you actually followed the serial and the articles from the beginning...Nupur role was only for 4 months ...Rati was given 4 months ...Richa Yamini didn't think Rati could so the role the justice.... not only Rati prooved her self...but made the character soooo memorable that Nupur became synonymous to Rati.... The creative team conceptualizes the character.... but eventually it is the Actor that will do justice to the character.... in the gazzillion female characters that come today on telly...Few made their way...rest are MEDIOCRE lot....

LORD... MJHT season 1 till confession had Good dialouges...as far as MN are concerned... I can write it on a bond paper and say they were never given any proper plot.... nothing was given to them...from BAD EDITING...BAD DIALOGUES.... BAD CLOTHES.... BAD TRACKS.... what was beautiful was they way Arjun and Rati turned a rotten scenario in to a watch worthy one..... they uplifted the class and level of the show despite the rotten treatment ....

PH is not doing them favor...PH is also is earning money through the acting talents of the actors...what you sow you reap....

We always appreciated when ever we can.... and we criticized so that they will realize the hell turn the show has taken.... So coming down to the BASIC question...What is important to PH... Fans or themselves.... obviously Actors don't matter right...

I see that these days it has become fancy to play the blame game.....Have you heard rati not been grateful to the PH and creatives...she thanked them profusely.... What does she gets back...the BIRDIE TWEETING.... I would say... lack of decency... and professionalism.... I wonder What Richa Yamini has to say about this.... after all she is the creative Director...and Sushmitta have to say about it...as she is the EP...

Yea i know that she did a Tamil Movie and Har Ghar Kuch Kehta Hain...as far as i remember, the serial wasnt that famous...and had a short shelf life.

And btw, i am not saying that Rati isnt a good actress, am only saying that its the COLLABORATIVE EFFORT of the team that goes in to make the Serial a success.....as for the "Rotten Dialogues, Rotten clothes" etc etc,...well they were true for some instances, but lets not forget, for every 100 Rotten scenes and dialogues, we got 1000 beautiful meaningful scenes, song sequeces and dialogues...which is why you get so many .."Memrable One-Liners of Nupur...memorable Scenes of MaYur" Topics in the forum.

It was a decent Serial...Ran for about 2 years... Rati also made her mark on the character.... of all the 3 sisters story hers was toughest to portray..... Shaadi street was the one that has short shelf life.... the PH had issues with channel...hardly aired...

LOL... yes COLLABORATIVE EFFORT... nice shift... once it was all PH that made these character famous.... now it is collaborative effort.... AGREED...

How come only one party in this joint venture is thanking the other party.... the other party is stabbing in the back..... One ROTTEN TOMATO in the entire PH brings such a bad name.... that is called lack of professionalism......

About the 1000 beautiful scenes...NOPE... we interpreted them to satisfy our need to support our fav... she was given an very goos character sketch...as she went on climbing the steps the complexity of her character increased...they gave her because she could do it... she upheld their EXPECTATIONS...rather EXCEEDED them.... I told previously... MJHT was good till certain extent.... after that ... it was nothing but a convoluted adult fiction..... I personally wouldn't have watched it if Rati wasn't there.... and That is a fact....

in the end everything relates to POWER and MONEY...No logic or No real Fundaa....
