Well Nupur met Mayank in his college days.Also MJHT started with this
In the past he couldnt possibly have a child
Unless CVs stoop again nd show he had an affair after Nupur coming in his life.After yesterday I wont be suprised tho

If you're basing this on the fact that the baby is Mayank's daughter, then that is not confirmed yet at least not in the serial itself.

Don't give up on Mayank yet, we don't know for sure that he's to be blamed for this.

In the end, I'm sure it will turn out to be none of them... or at least not Mayank.
