I'm glad you all are really happy that you received a response from the creatives.

But it doesn't change the fact that you were extremely rude to her in your email. For one thing, she's probably older than you and you owe her that much respect. It does not behoove you to use language like 'laaton ke bhoot.....' when addressing the creative team.

Secondly, I don't think her reply was meant to offend the viewers. She was only trying to point out that as much as the viewers are attached to the show, the creatives who have given birth to the show are equally if not more attached to it. They are entitled to take the story where they think it needs to go to grow. Just as much as you are entitled to voice your feedback to them in a positive and constructive manner.

I don't mean to offend anybody, but as a viewer, I was embarrassed by the email that was sent to the creative team.
