Well DB, I did PM you a few weeks ago with my concerns about you moderating this forum. Remember? You chose not to reply to my specific questions and avoided them.

@:indn inn0cence - Yes i do remember. Firstly i'd like to point out, the tone you used was not at all nice, you were "forcing" your opinion on me and "telling" me how to do my job..there i replied in the same way you did.. I could of easily avoided your PM, but that would of shown i can't take/respond to problems in the section. i had the wits to reply back to you, and i did so in the best way possible, considering the situation and the problem related.

^ I don't think you can take criticism very well. Nice of you to go 'liking' everyone's post that said they love this section and it's mods but not ones with feedback on how it can improve.

Oh, wierrrrrrrrrrrrd considering I never saw your "like" on my post until after I replied the second time. But whatever. I'm done giving my feedback, so please look into that. That's all.

I think MJHT has the perfect DT Team... I have seen a lot of chaos in this forum... but the DT Team did an awesome job handling them ! Honestly, I feel like all the DT members should be a little more Strict... Yes, Strict !

There have been times where i felt Members took advantage of the DT's being so sweet ! It's very unjust & Rude! I have problems with the members being so rude to the DT's ! There is one issue that i will never be able to forget that a DT of this forum had to apologize... I really think that was very unfair either it should have been from both side's or nothing AT ALL ... !

I think the DT's have handled the situations very brilliantly... But there is a limit to everything... When Members aren't able to co-operate the DT's should really like ban them !

I think the DT's have to be careful with the Warnings... Coz sometimes the big picture of the story is totally opposite of what can be seen.... I am not saying the DT's are always right but as humans we all make mistakes... ! 😳

I know DT's are also as regular member as us but there is a reasone why they are part of the Development Team... To take care of the forum... So indeed the DT's are equal as all the other members But at the same time there is more Responsibility to them then the regular members on IF! So in away i won't say the regular members on IF are Inferior but They don't have the responsibility of a "Development Team Member"! It's About time Members realize its not the DT's of The MJHT Team that are Rude but the members of the Forum...

Why create a Situation in the first Place to make the DT react a certain way... Aren't we all aware of the IF' Rules ?!

I think Members should really try to keep them self's in DT's Shoes & see what they have to deal with everyday on IF ! All the DT' of MJHT Forum are part of more then one Forum... Which means "PM Dabba FULL" !

I am Not trying to get into Good Books of any of the DT Members... But i have the intelligence & the Capability to understand & to keep myself in a DT's Shoes & see what they go through !

The MJHT Forum is Bearable only Coz of MJTH Development Team ! 🤗
