There have been times where i felt Members took advantage of the DT's being so sweet ! It's very unjust & Rude! I have problems with the members being so rude to the DT's ! There is one issue that i will never be able to forget that a DT of this forum had to apologize... I really think that was very unfair either it should have been from both side's or nothing AT ALL ... !

I think the DT's have handled the situations very brilliantly... But there is a limit to everything... When Members aren't able to co-operate the DT's should really like ban them !

I think the DT's have to be careful with the Warnings... Coz sometimes the big picture of the story is totally opposite of what can be seen.... I am not saying the DT's are always right but as humans we all make mistakes... ! 😳

I know DT's are also as regular member as us but there is a reasone why they are part of the Development Team... To take care of the forum... So indeed the DT's are equal as all the other members But at the same time there is more Responsibility to them then the regular members on IF! So in away i won't say the regular members on IF are Inferior but They don't have the responsibility of a "Development Team Member"! It's About time Members realize its not the DT's of The MJHT Team that are Rude but the members of the Forum...

Why create a Situation in the first Place to make the DT react a certain way... Aren't we all aware of the IF' Rules ?!

I think Members should really try to keep them self's in DT's Shoes & see what they have to deal with everyday on IF ! All the DT' of MJHT Forum are part of more then one Forum... Which means "PM Dabba FULL" !

I am Not trying to get into Good Books of any of the DT Members... But i have the intelligence & the Capability to understand & to keep myself in a DT's Shoes & see what they go through !

The MJHT Forum is Bearable only Coz of MJTH Development Team ! 🤗

rem i asked in the starting that there should be 2 threads one to let out our frustration and criticism ..... on the other hand one who are appreciating something in the drama still ......

why focus on black pic only ??? why cant we have 2 threads simultaneously ....??? if we need to complain we will go to Critic thread .. if we like something we will go and post it on appreciation thread ..... and one more imp thing creatives dont have that much time to search and browse Mjht forum for the relevant thread therefore Critic and Appreciation thread both should be simulatenously ...... for all time sake must be made sticky ...one thread after the other should be made sticky so that creatives can go and view both the threads .........

u make a rule that for criticism go to crtic cornor
and if u like something then go to aprreciation thread ...... make clear to public that in apprecition thread they cannot mock or critise ..... neither vica versa in Critic cornor they can praise ..... meaning let both thoughts flow simultaneously in 2 different threads ....and then leave it on creatives to be the judge .... ok ??? fair enough for all ???

I often find that 3 or more posts are made on the exact same topic. Even though its in the forum rules, Can something be done to have this drilled in? something like a one-liner to the openers? (Sometimes its unintentional..but when its just carelessness)

Also, another annoying trend is opening of 5 to 6 topics by the same person (especially those who are new to the forum)..most topics are irrelevant or repeated but these add to the number of pages and good topics are missed out. Can we have some restriction to the number of new posts per day per forum?

i disagree with Rema_Ranvijay-S.id say the mjht forum is bearable only after these new threads...moderation feedback and critics review have been introduced.and i agree with rinky and sabrina.this is democracy,not anarchy.everyone's POVs needs to be respected.i appreciate the effort that has been put by the current DT in creating these threads.i request people not to turn this into a flaming thread.all issues can be resolved here,including the DTs and the members feelings.this is a good way to bridge the communication gap,that the members and the DT have for centuries.people who are disgruntled with closure of threads can have their issues sorted out.the DT can discuss things with members before giving warning levels.minor issues which turn into full fledged battleground can be sorted out[a recent example is an sbs interview thread of sanaya irani,which a certain section was intent on turning into a warzone...it was a nonexistant issue].and though i will refrain from bringing up past issues on this thread,ill still say that some of the past issues might have played some role in the DT coming up with these threads.if the DT is taking an active step in making amends with the members,its our duty as members to ensure the same from our side.trust me,no member wants a beef with the DT.its their membership at stake.but like some of the DT pointed out earlier that they are human too,and they are prone to make mistakes,and no one is perfect,there are bound to be certain complaints against them.so this thread is badly needed.phew!that was one long post.iv run out of steam
