MN Reminiscing: First meeting - Page 3

Arre Anu I started watching this serial from the first episode ...I used to watch it on youtube initially..(nowadays I regret my decision of forcing my roommate to agree on getting starone)..anyways I initially enjoyed MN scenes very much....though not exactly their first scene..but I thoroughly enjoyed the zyada ho gaya wala scene...I always thought that I could see a few of my behavoiur traits in mayank..the way he mentions ki ..mujhe laga aaj koi fancy dress competition hai😆...and then the hang out wala scene..it was too good man..mayank looks so cute when he is trying to supress his laughter...and the way she calls him Mr.Gyani Baba..😆and he replies that 'tum to yaha cool banne ka crash course karne aayi ho ...

Very well said yaar! Honestly I also started out viewing this show on a very superficial 'mehh' sort of level for timepass....but MN invariably pulled me in.....cuz it's all in the small things.....like Revathi just said in her post above....some things one just identifies with...the way Mayank talked...I could identify with...cuz I DO share a lot of traits of that sort with him...lol

As for the rest....it was too lame to waste any breath on yaar....all that silly 'planning' and all by Dia and her lame gang *rolls eyes* lol

LOL@ you being bothered by N's red clashing nailpolish....me toooo! haha....It's honestly hard to ignore in that scene since the entire focus is on her hands covering her face.....LOL....

And you've summed it up perfectly....I too was intrigued as a viewer to see how exactly this babbling pataaka called Nupur and this low key, sarcastic, laid back kind of guy like Mayank would end up together....that first interaction set up the base to pull is in....lol

I loved MN because they made it all look so real..Ok I cannot write it as good as you write these scenes..so i will stick to reading them as you continue with your posts...And now reading your post is making me all tempted to watch the old scenes...which is soo bad as I have to complete an assignment by today evening......😆

I loooooooooooved the 'thoda zyada hogaya' scenes too yaar! Looking forward to making a reminiscing post for that next.....

@bold: That's exactly it....you've said it so simply yet perfectly! That is the reason why I've loved MN as well....they somehow make you connect.

There are a million and one shows running on TV right now.....I've seen many random TV jodis in different shows....it's not everyday that one manages to pull you enough to ACTUALLY take time out from your busy schedule to yap about them!😆😆.....MN are one of those rare ones for me....or I'd hardly bother😆

I think re-watching old scenes and talking about them can be fun yaar....I'm gonna keep on doing this little reminiscing trip stuff...puts me in a good mood😆

I watched from day one....LOL....first epi out of curiosity but only hung on cuz of MN.....and god have they wrung me out like crazy so many times😆....

I also didn't like the loo bit as much....but since it counted in the whole 'first day of meeting' bit...it figured in this post😆....but you're right...they did add a relatively realistic touch with Nupur's claustrophobia...my fav. bit was the last scenes in the classroom....everything from the trip-catch to the cottonballs bit in the end....they had me hooked there and then😆😆.....

I liked how M was just so....real! He didn't waste his time in random b.s. and was so to the point....in his own way, he was trying to be 'helpful' to the new kinda zany girl in class😆...but Nupur being Nupur...had to take off babbling....something M had zilch patience for....and what she babbled made no sense anyways😆😆....M was just so amazingly unique in that he was a nerd...but a COOL nerd....that laid back, self-confident aura he had...loved it!

I miss them too yaar....this is why I'm reminiscing....cuz it doesn't hurt anymore to think what COULD have been...I've kinda become apathetic a bit that way I guess😕😆....better to atleast enjoy what we DID get😆😆....Yay for living in the past!😃😆
