Negative message, maybe?

Hello everyone.
I hope everyone is having a wonderful Saturday :)
Today I was revealed that Mayank and Nupur, a couple that I was once fond of, are only 19 which suggests that they are still teen-aged students acquiring an education at their school. WOW!
I belong to the young generation also and I am highly concerned as to what type of statement the show is bent on sending to the youth of India and elsewhere the show is aired.
Currently the show is promoting nothing but a vile message which is instigating the young audience to maybe act up.
I will provide a concise summary to showcase my view on this matter:
1. The very first concern is that the show makers are presenting an unrealistic version of love. College does not only involve pondering about your 'Raj' or 'Simran' from DDLJ. It involves ups- downs, break-throughs, friendship etc. Of course love can happen as well, but most importantly relationships are formed revolving around the rigorous circumstances. I mean I would love to attend a college where one could be lost in their thoughts and only think about lowe. Parallel universe, maybe?
2. Another essential matter that has bogged up my mind is that two 19 year olds are bent on promoting perhaps crude acts. Woh kehte hai na, jab do jawaan log akele hote hai, toh saat mein devil bhi hota hai. OK, so continuing on, what sort of message is being sent there? That it is OK to lose control of our hormones and committ acts rather than sit home and study? Hmm, not a very pleasant sight I tell you.
3. Also love is shown in a superficial manner I think over here. Everytime you hear Nupur imagine Mayank's smile or his eyes or his body. That's mere attraction and no sort of love is shown there. Another dimension that could be looked at is that friendship and trust is very cruicial pre love, then only love can happen. In this case, we barely got to experience the beautiful relationship of friendship I must say.
Let me add here that making a guy appear shirtless or let him wear see thru shirts just so that he comes off as a 'sex god' will not cover up the apparent faults in the track.
Please share your views and let us know why you disagree or agree with this matter. Thanks.
Again I don't watch the show to observe how 'hawt' or 'gawjus' a character is. I rather watch it for some sensible material which sadly I am deprived of.
Thanks!

Very well said, Zainab!๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

Great topic! Now while I can see that the makers of this show are focussing more on the superficial....especially when it comes to MN....they are the 'lucky ones' I guess๐Ÿค”๐Ÿ˜†.....but I do recall the creatives mentioning at some point that it never really IS 'love' when we are in college....it's all superficial, light hearted, puppy 'lowe' only๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ˜†......Maybe puppy 'lowe' focusses more on the physical attraction aspects as well๐Ÿ˜•....who knows.....I'm no 'lowe expert' after all๐Ÿ˜†

Point is....the treatment...the execution of everything in this show.....just doesn't work๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿผ......if it's all superficial only, then how are we supposed to connect to the characters anymore๐Ÿ˜•

Hmmm..I like the first Point, i think the creatives can really mingle and do something so good with this show. yes colleges are places which can be nightmares for people and at the same time they have lots of ups and downs. College isn't just about love..I really hope we get to see so much more in MJHT as it will really make the show more better and it already is๐Ÿ˜ƒ

Anu, firstly thanks for your comment.
MN are the luck ones that are always used for experiment. ๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ˜•๐Ÿ˜†
OHHH ok the creatives mentioned themselves that they want to showcase 'lowe' and not 'love.' ๐Ÿ˜• Now all of the physcial scenes can be comprehended I guess.
100% on the bolded part.

DramaholicVibes, thank you for putting your view out.
LOL, out of the three cases I laid out, I strongly do agree with my first point as well. It'd be nice for the viewers to experience the multiple aspects of life because that shows various point of views.

@Zainab: LOL you're welcome....haan I vaguely recall them saying something like that around the time of the beginning of that Chunky Mishra track.....later on other theories of the 'stages of love' like 'attraction, infatuation...and finally LOWE' were thrown out as well.....LOL......I'm not sure which stage MN are supposed to be in currently :S

So yeah, maybe it's a mix of physical attraction/infatuation going on right now??? Hence the promo scene??? Who knows.....lol

LMFAO! Those are the 'stages' of lowe. Who knew lowe could be this complicated?!
LOL, who knows. Who cares?!? What the heck is happening?! I am so lost! Now that I read my post, I am even lost. ๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ˜•๐Ÿ˜†
Why should I even put out my scattered thoughts?! When the masses are content with the material shown, then who cares?! When the show makers are content with whatever stage of lowe they are showing, then frankly who the heck cares?!
All of the confusion would not have taken place if only things were taken care of by the creatives. *SIGH*
Woah, OK it's out of my system now. LOL.

LOL.....indeed.....who the heck cares....we're the last few left standing, we'll leave ultimately too....then everyone can breathe easy when 'vile' elements like us 'polluting' this forum will leave it too to let the 'positive' crowd continue to 'raise the bar' of discussion here๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ˜†
