^^ well...no ..cause I think Samrat is completely different from RV...if RV wanted to act like Samrat..then let me just say he is doing and aweful job at it..loool...I think RV is trying to "outcool" samrat..not try to be like him..he think he is cooler than him...he is his own cool and Samrat is his own cool...they are cool in their own ways...but if we are talking the literal meaning of who is cool and what we have been seeing in the old American movies since the 60s and 70s then..that is personified by RV..not Samrat.

I think it depends on how u define the word Cool.. Sam is cool dude but he's shown mostly as a sweet guy. On the other hand RV is cool tooo but he's shown more as a bad guy. So it really depends.
